The project consists of an 8-unit residential building located in the Ávila Camacho neighborhood, State of Mexico, a growing area with high potential for increased value in the coming years.

The design is based on a contemporary architectural style with clean lines and understated volumes, where setbacks and balconies create depth and rhythm on the facade. The materials combine light-toned stone finishes with wooden elements and metal railings, achieving a balance between solidity, warmth, and elegance. The project prioritizes natural light, ventilation, and the use of durable materials, resulting in a functional and aesthetically pleasing design intended to stand the test of time.
