ARQUITECTOS EN EL INTERIORISMO
REMI Magazine, Marzo 2026
The project, located at Anatole France 71 in Polanco, involved the complete renovation of a penthouse apartment. The work focused on updating finishes, redesigning the woodwork, and developing a comprehensive interior design plan, enhancing the spatial and aesthetic quality of the property.
While the original structural configuration was largely respected, the pre-established layout was strategically manipulated to optimize the relationship between spaces, improve circulation, and enhance natural lighting.
22 DE DICIEMBRE
Archello, Julio 2024
The 22 de Dicembre Project involves the purchase and demolition of two houses on 160m² plots to merge them and maximize land use. The project includes a half-level excavation downwards and the construction of five levels upwards.
Each level of the building offers exceptional views, as it is adjacent to a luxury residential neighborhood with buildings no taller than two levels. The project's modern style stands out for its use of natural materials and the incorporation of exposed concrete structure as a detail in some areas of the apartments and common areas.

SKY CANCUN
Archello, Julio 2024
Sky Cancún is a luxury residential project located in one of the most exclusive developments in Cancún, Quintana Roo. Designed for a family of six from Mexico City who relocated to Cancún for work, this project combines two apartments with stunning views of the sea and the Puerto Cancún golf club.
The client's directive was clear: create a permanent home, avoiding the vacation house feel, and make the most of the spacious terraces and sea views. The challenge was to integrate the spaces without making significant structural modifications, maintaining the original layout of the bathrooms and avoiding alterations to the facade.
