22 DE DICIEMBRE - ARCHELLO
The 22 de Dicembre Project involves the purchase and demolition of two houses on 160m² plots to merge them and maximize land use. The project includes a half-level excavation downwards and the construction of five levels upwards.
Each level of the building offers exceptional views, as it is adjacent to a luxury residential neighborhood with buildings no taller than two levels.

Fernando, one of the firm's partners, is writing a book about his career in architecture. He will discuss his greatest challenges and experiences alongside iconic figures and prestigious architects from Mexico. He expects to publish the book between 2027 and 2028.
