BMW Vallejo

This automotive dealership is designed with a contemporary industrial-minimalist aesthetic, where the architecture is built upon visual lightness and structural precision. The defining element is the large perimeter overhang, which not only establishes the project's identity but also creates a sense of floating and shelter, framing the entrance and emphasizing the horizontality of the building.

The choice of lightweight materials such as glass and steel reinforces an atmosphere of complete transparency, allowing the interior (the vehicles and the brand experience) to become part of the facade. This visual openness blurs the boundaries between exterior and interior, while the metal structures and clean planes create a clear, impactful, and perfectly legible volume. Integrated lighting in ceilings and perimeter lines accentuates these architectural gestures, especially at night, resulting in a space that is simultaneously technical, elegant, and highly aspirational.
