Italika El Yaqui

The project is conceived as a large-scale, contemporary automotive complex, where the architecture functions as a modular system capable of housing multiple brands under a single spatial logic. The composition is organized around linear and repetitive volumes, differentiated by vertical accents of color and graphic elements that give each brand its own identity without compromising the overall coherence.

The materials used—large-format glass, metal panels, and neutral-toned finishes—create a sober, technological, and highly functional image, while the double-height spaces and transparent facades allow for a clear view of the interior, integrating the showrooms with the urban environment. The service and circulation axis becomes a structuring element of the project, optimizing operations and generating a seamless experience for both users and vehicles.

Inside, focused lighting and spacious areas reinforce a clean and uncluttered atmosphere, where the focus is on the vehicles and each brand's narrative. The result is an efficient and versatile architecture that balances identity, functionality, and spatial clarity within a single contemporary design language.
